Transport Camille Dionne 1991 Inc was founded by Mr Camille Dionne in 1962. At this time, work fields we’re around civil engineering works, particularly in the mines, James Bay & highways, without limiting itself to these. It was not until the early 1980s that Transport Camille Dionne concentrated its activities in specialized transportation across Canada and the United States, as well as in the rental of heavy equipment.
In 1991, Mr. Camille Dionne retired and sold his business. The latter is now officially known as Transport Camille Dionne 1991 inc. In 2001, the arrival of a new director of operations, Mr. Jean-Yves Gauthier, now president, brings a new impetus to the company through a complete restructuring of the company and a significant renewal of two-thirds fleet of equipment. In addition, Mr. Gauthier takes the opportunity to expand its business activities by adding the sale of used equipment.
In 2016, Transport Camille Dionne 1991 Inc. acquired Machineries Export based in Maniwaki. Since the 1980s, this company has been concentrating its activities in the sale of used equipment, mainly for the forestry and construction sectors for international export. We continue to sell used heavy equipment to all corners of the planet. Since then, the garage has been moved to Mont-Laurier at 2073A Boulevard Albiny-Paquette and we offer heavy equipment rental, parts & equipment sales and repairs in our workshop. Looking forward to meeting you there!
